Refund Policy

No change-of-mind guarantee

Please review the Starter Kit description and ask any questions before purchasing.

We do not offer refunds solely because you change your mind, do not use the course, do not complete it or decide you no longer need it.

This is not a blanket "no refunds" policy. Your Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected.

Your consumer rights

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If the Starter Kit fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as fixing the problem, a refund, cancellation or compensation, depending on the circumstances.

For a major service failure, you may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for the reduced value. For a minor failure, we generally have an opportunity to fix the problem within a reasonable time.

Accessing videos or downloading resources does not, by itself, remove your statutory rights.

Access and technical problems

If you cannot access something you purchased, contact us so we can investigate and help.

If we cannot resolve a problem, or the product or service is materially different from what was promised, we will assess the appropriate remedy under applicable law.

We will not impose a fixed 14-day or 30-day deadline that overrides your consumer rights.

How to request help or a refund

Email [email protected] with:

• The name and email address used for your purchase.
• Your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase.
• A description of the problem and the outcome you are seeking.

Do not include full payment card details or sensitive information about other people.

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time. Where a refund is due, it will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Earlier promises

If a specific refund guarantee formed part of your purchase, we will honour that guarantee. This policy does not retrospectively remove rights or promises attached to an earlier purchase.
